In the event that the package is not collected within 15 days at the relay point, the cost of resending will be borne by the customer.
COLISSIMO
The Colissimo delivery time is 3 working days.

In any case, if the parcel is returned to the sender, a second delivery will be made at the Customer's expense.

No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's register being authentic.
