Return condition
In accordance with article L221-5 of the consumer code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the return request. Beyond this period returns will not be accepted.
The package must be returned within 14 days of the return request, as evidenced by the postmark. All parcels whose stamp shows a date greater than 14 days will be refused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you return it in a tracked package.
Once the goods have been returned, we will refund or exchange the products within fifteen days.
To make a return:
- go to the "My account" page
- click on “make a return”.
- Enter the requested information.
- you will then receive a return confirmation email from our team in which there will be a number to insert in your return package
- then you can return your parcel to us at the address indicated on the return document in a tracked parcel, note that the shipping costs will be at your expense

Once the package has been returned in good condition and respecting the instructions above, Press book fashion will refund the amount corresponding to the item(s) within 15 working days.
If an error on the product is found, the customer's return costs will be reimbursed on proof.
In exceptional cases reimbursement of return costs. Mauriceparis reimburses up to the minimum costs of a simple Colissimo relating to the shipping zone.
The return is at the Customer's risk.
