Return condition

In accordance with article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.

Accessories, jewelry and bags are not refundable or exchangeable.

The package must be returned within 14 days of the return request, the postmark being proof. Any package with a postmark showing a date older than 14 days will be refused.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you return it by tracked parcel.

Once the goods are returned, we will refund or exchange the products within fifteen days.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygiene reasons. (Odor, stains, tear, etc. )

If an error in the product is proven, the customer's return costs will be reimbursed upon receipt.
In exceptional cases of reimbursement of return costs. Mauriceparis reimburses up to the minimum cost of a simple Colissimo relating to the shipping zone.
